Just like our wines. What began as a spontaneous solution—rescuing juice to make rosé—has become our guiding principle: play it as it lays. No script. Only honesty, simplicity, and curiosity about where it will take us.

We believe in doing less, but better. Our wines are shaped by the land they come from, reflecting the raw, diverse landscape of Northern California.

We partner with vineyards farmed organically and regeneratively, using practices such as livestock grazing, compost, biochar, and minimal tillage to replenish what we take from the soil. In the cellar, we follow a laissez-faire approach—letting fermentations unfold. We listen. We observe. We let the wine become.

My name is Jes. 

My background is in film, where my life was anchored by cities. Like many others, I found my way to wine later—and my home among the vineyards.

My goal is simple: to make organic wines for all occasions. I care about how a wine feels as much as how it tastes—shaped by place, season, and the choices made along the way. My role is to pay attention and guide only when needed.

I aim to make wines that are versatile yet original, playful yet considered. Wines that fit naturally into life.
